Our new favourite place to stay in Aachen. Well priced and spotlessly clean low budget hotel. Very friendly, attentive people working here. Brilliant restaurant.

Clean and wonderful small place, savoury and tasty breakfast with a great selection of options. Amazingly nice staff throughout. Generally friendly service with parking close to the hotel. The smooth check-in process too. A pleasant restaurant available in the venue.

The breakfast was tasty and delicious with good coffee and warm bread, for example and served by the pleasant staff. The service was good, totally satisfied.

Nice base for one night, felt like home. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from thermal baths. You could walk to the Christmas market and a market: D

The staff here are great and the place itself is awesome for a stay. It's just a 20-minute walk to the center. The room has everything you need, like heating, a safe, and cable TV.

The property exceeded all expectations; we would definitely stay here again; the location is great; the breakfast is very good; the staff are loyal and attentive; having a terrace was a fantastic bonus.

Make sure you stay in the family room with nice new bathroom as well as a terrasse. The breakfast is savoury and delicious, offered with good coffee and warm bread. The staff is attentive, efficient. The ambiance is family!

Immaculately clean and the staff was very attentive and best. Overall it was great-sized with a balcony. Location: the hotel was short walk to a large avenue and next to gas station, Aachen for Carolus Thermen, and a park which was a godsend after a long drive.

Tbh Wi-Fi was kind of slow, and the bed was not very comfortable.

The venue was immaculately clean and the staff were very attentive and best. Very good service, even though a few employees were dishonest. It was a perfect location not far from roadworks which blocked the direct route, the restaurants and the Christmas markets.

Savoury breakfast with warm bread and good coffee, for instance, the staff is pleasant and incredibly nice. The location is good, 15 minutes' walk to Eurogress Event Venue. Furthermore, it's near the park and the baths, roadworks and the old shopping streets/square.

Small hotel in a fairly quiet area not far from good public transport to Aachen centre, roadworks which blocked the direct route, and good public transport. Pleasant and accommodating staff and management. Units with a large balcony. Excellent location - just a walking distance from New Tivoli Stadium.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on the outskirts of town. The location, next to a beautiful park, was perfect for morning walks. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the rooms with a large balcony attached, where I could relax and take in the views. The breakfast was also a highlight, with fresh ground coffee that started my day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault a thing.
